Shuka Kawai started skateboarding at eight years old, and was quickly hooked on the challenge and progression of vert. For her, skating means pushing past frustration, landing tricks through relentless effort. Jackalope VB 2025 was her first skate competition outside of Japan, where she got a Golden Ticket.
