Your deposit locks the early access rate for your first year, whatever the price is at launch. Refundable up to two weeks post-launch.

Pay the balance, activate your JACKALOPE Pass at a locked-in rate and benefit from two visits a year to each of our check-in destinations.
Deposit terms
Deposits close when the Jackalope Pass goes on general sale. Your deposit is held as a customer credit and is not a purchase of the pass. If you choose to buy a Jackalope Pass when it launches in April 2027, you pay the early access rate of $135 CAD for your first year and your $35 deposit is applied to it, leaving $100 CAD to pay. The pass is then subject to the terms and conditions in effect at that time. You are under no obligation to buy. Your deposit credit and early access rate remain valid until two weeks post launch, and your deposit is fully refundable in full up to that date, no questions asked. To request a refund, you may do so through your self-serve account through our website or email info@jackalope.co. The early access rate covers the Year One pass only; subsequent years are priced annually at renewal.

The Pass is valid from the date of purchase for a period of 12 months to the day.

Check-in destinations are where your two visits apply. This is the network of up to 100 venues.
Perk partners are shops, bars and restaurants where you show your pass for free perks and discounts.
The network is growing through 2026-2027. Your deposit is refundable at any time, so reserving now locks the early access rate without committing you. If the network doesn't reach you by activation, you get your deposit money back.
The 35$ deposit is full refundable any time up to 2 weeks post-launch, no questions asked.
No. If you'd rather not, ask for the deposit back
You will have to login with the email you want to gift the deposit to, as the deposit credit is applied to the account holder for a future Pass purchase.
