Sunday, final day! The sun was baking the Square One City Centre P3 parking lot as the crowd completely packed the bleachers for a heavy day of finals. The riders pushed the level of technicality and amplitude to the absolute limit, with everyone going all out from the morning grom sessions straight to the pro divisions.
GROM U15 STREET FINALS
The morning kicked off as the groms took over the YYZ-themed park for a heavy display of talent. Elias Williams held it down in street, while Coco Waldo completely dominated by taking the top spot in both the street and vert divisions with clean runs that stoked out the early crowd and set a great tone for the day.
VERT WOMEN’S & MEN’S FINALS
In Women Vert, Japan’s Juno Matsuoka captured first place with a flawless run that scored a 92. Her line was stacked with a 540, a massive air over the 10-foot channel, her signature blunt slide, and more. Mazel Paris took the second place, while Bryce Wettstein finished third to a massive reaction from the hometown crowd.
The Men Vert final saw 2026 Golden Ticket winner Jojo Jones claim his first-ever JACKALOPE and pro podium by taking the victory with a score of 90. His winning run was massive, featuring his signature backside 540 kickflip body varial and an incredibly high madonna. He edged out Luke Kahler, who took second, and Gustavo Fujikawa in third.
STREET WOMEN’S & MEN’S FINALS
In Street Women’s, 2026 Golden Ticket winner Mirai Akimoto locked down first place with consistent rail combinations, including a clean frontside bluntslide shuv out down the big downrail. She was followed by Soobeen Park in second and Evie Pritchard in third. A special shoutout went to 8-year-old Chika Konoe, who stoked out the entire crowd by landing a massive kickflip over the main gap.
The Street Men’s final came down to pure rail precision. Micky Papa claimed the top spot yet again, dropping an insane run highlighted by a switch laserflip to backside lipslide on the big downrail. This win marks his third consecutive victory at JACKALOPE Mississauga, making him the most decorated athlete in the event's history. Ivan Monteiro took second place, landing a gap 360 flip to noseblunt on the kink rail and a technical 270 kickflip lipslide down the big rail. Lucas Rabelo secured third place, stamping two heavy tricks on the rail: a fakie heelflip backside lipslide and a fakie 360 flip frontside boardslide.
