What a weekend. JACKALOPE Virginia Beach 2026 is officially in the books, and honestly, the energy on the sand was next-level from start to finish.
Skateboarding Vert and Street final
The men’s finals at JACKALOPE Virginia Beach 2026 wrapped up with heavy showdowns on both courses. In Vert, JD Sanchez became a back-to-back champ after winning in Ventura earlier this month, sealing his victory with a flawless run featuring a 360 flip stale fish over the gap and a cab 720 tail grab, ahead of Collin Graham and Rony Gomes. Meanwhile, Matias Dell Olio claimed his first win at JACKALOPE with technical bangers like a nollie 270 heelflip 270 out over the bump-to-bar and a half cab noseslide nollie 270 heelflip out on the down ledge, leaving Micky Papa in second and Deyvid Anderson in third.

The women’s finals were full of talents too. In Vert, Juno Matsuoka secured her first back-to-back championship title, locking in an incredible run highlighted by dropping two 540s back-to-back to lead the podium ahead of Mizuho Hasegawa and Jada Ward. Over on the street course, Park Subbin claimed the Street Superfinal victory by stomping heavy tech bangers, including a noseblunt down the big down rail and a crazy kickflip frontside boardslide, leaving Valentina Krauel in second and Mirai Akimoto in third.

Skim board finals, Highline and STIHL Timbersports®
Beyond the skatepark, the energy spread across the entire beach with packed finals in multiple disciplines. Neptune’s Park was completely transformed for the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® North American Men's Trophy, featuring an incredible, fully branded wooden stage setup that drew massive crowds. Meanwhile, the action hit the shoreline early with the Skimboard Finals wrapping up under perfect morning weather, right before the jaw-dropping Highline Finals took over the skies. Sean Englund and the crew were just as stoked as we were to see it all go down!
