Oscar Meza is one of Mexico's best-known skaters, a name Mike Boisvert has followed for eighteen years, since the early YouTube era. Born and raised in Mexico, he spent a long stretch in Los Angeles and is now back home, on the national team and training for the Olympics. Mike met him in Mexico City and again in Russia.
