The best park in the region

Mike Boisvert skated Georgia in 2025, and Tbilisi is where it happens. His number one place to skate in the country is the downtown skatepark in Tbilisi, a park with everything, and in his book the best in the region. The city is also full of street spots, and Mike calls them perfect. On the riverside, there is another park with everything, a lovely one.

Skaters to know

Luka (@lukiticha), Mike's key contact in Tbilisi, is a street skater he lists as one of the best in the city, along with Alexander Zaridze (@alexandrezaridze). When it comes to a single pick, Mike goes with Alexander, and what he'd like to see for him is a JACKALOPE Golden Ticket. Skeiteri (@skeiteri) completes the list: a super nice guy.

The shops and crews to follow: @toxigenboardshop, @open247shop, @disaster__crew and @geohomeskateshop.

If you go

Take time to visit Tbilisi, a beautiful city. Eat khachapuri; for Mike, Georgian food is the best in the region. And make the trip to Vardzia, a heritage site with incredible history and nature around it.

The barrier here is that there are not enough skaters yet. And the most underrated thing about Georgia, for Mike: the food and the skate spots.
